| We had enough time to unload our stuff and start
packing it in. We knew that we had a long hike
ahead of us if we were going to make it to Kid
Village before dinner time. Last year we used
Marianna's stroller to carry all of our stuff
in. But this year we were going to try to find a
big branch and tie a sheet on it to carry in our
stuff.
(Kind of like those indigenous
people from the Amazon who you might see on
television.)

Once we got to the Rainbow Gathering we seen
the welcome home committee. Peaceful hippies
finally.!!
We have made it out of Babylon.
Peaceful hippies everywhere.
The road into the Rainbow Gathering was not
bad at all. The roads in was as usual for a
Rainbow Gathering. Long dirt roads far off the
beaten path.
The scenery was outstanding. So peaceful.
 We tried to carry Marianna's,
Sara's and my stuff down hog tied to a branch.
"Oh my God" This was the worst idea we could
have used. It was so heavy.
Sara was having such a hard time with her
Sciatica and all. Thank goodness for a peaceful
hippie brother named Kevin who offered to help
carry it with me. Kevin and I trekked the entire path to Kid
Village together.
Lovin him so much.
Thank you, my kind peaceful rainbow hippie
brother Kevin.

We walked and we walked and we walked some more.

Running into more and more peaceful hippies
every turn of the way.
They all welcome us home saying
"welcome home" and "We love you" |
